Peaches
halved & pitted

Butter
melted

Almonds
slivered

Coconut

scoops Ice Cream
Whip cream
garnish
Mint
garnish
Instructions
Lightly butter both sides of pound cake and peach halves. Grill on medium-high heat
Bull Grill
for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Place fruit on grilled pound cake and top with ice cream, almonds & mint.
Serve immediately.
