Grilled Peach Shortcake

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of Pound Cake
  • 1 lbs. Peaches halved & pitted
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Almonds slivered
  • 1 tbsp Coconut
  • 6 scoops Ice Cream
  • Whip cream garnish
  • Mint garnish

Instructions

  • Lightly butter both sides of pound cake and peach halves. Grill on medium-high heat Bull Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Place fruit on grilled pound cake and top with ice cream, almonds & mint.
  • Serve immediately.
