Ranch Chicken Burger on the Bull Griddle

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing powder mix
  • 1 grilled lemon
  • 1 cup Pork Panko or bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup bacon chopped & raw

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until combined but do not over mix.
  • Form into desired size burger patties. Grill on a lightly greased medium heat preheated Bull Griddle until both sides are caramelized and the chicken burger has reached an internal temp of 165°. It should take about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Top with cheese and serve with your favorite toppings.
