Cheese Tacos on the Bull Griddle

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Mexican style cheese
  • 1 pound smoked shredded beef or pork

Instructions

  • Place 1/4 cup of cheese on a preheated medium-high heat Bull Griddle.
  • Grill for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has begun to caramelize and get crunchy.
  • Fill with smoked beef or pork and fold into a taco shape using a metal spatula.
  • Garnish with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy.
