Pat dry pork tenderloins. Rub with avocado oil and then rub spices thoroughly into the meat. Cover pork with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
Preheat Bull Grill to medium heat, around 375 degrees. Grill pork until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes and then very thinly slice. Serve on a tortilla and top with your favorite taco garnishes.
