Fresh peaches are always one of our favorite fruits to snack on however grilling a peach on a Bull Grill is the perfect way to elevate and add depth to this amazing fruit. Warm grilled peaches and pound cake paired with ice cream are the perfect way to combat the heat of summer while keeping it simple. Grilled peaches aren’t only amazing as a dessert but also a wonderful addition to salsas, appetizers, meat dishes, or even a cocktails. Combining sweet peaches with the versatility of a Bull Grill is always a winning idea.
- 6 slices of Pound Cake
- 1 lbs. Peaches halved & pitted
- 1 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 tbsp Almonds slivered
- 1 tbsp Coconut
- 6 scoops Ice Cream
- Whip cream garnish
- Mint garnish
- Lightly butter both sides of pound cake and peach halves. Grill on medium-high heat Bull Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Place fruit on grilled pound cake and top with ice cream, almonds & mint.
- Serve immediately.
