Ingredients
  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • I large cucumber, shredded, liquid removed
  • 2 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • ΒΌ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
  • Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, high quality
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients for the sauce. Mix well, season with salt and pepper, and adjust as needed. Cover with plastic and set in fridge at least 45 minutes before time to use.
