Ingredients
  • 1 onion
  • 6 shallots
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 6 scallions
  • ½ bunch Italian parsley, leaves only
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup evoo
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper (optional if you do not like too spicy)
  • 1 lime, juice or ¼ cup white vinegar (optional)
Instructions
  1. Clean and roughly dice all the ingredients. Place into a food processor and blend until a smooth consistency.
  2. Keep in a sealed container in the fridge.
