Caribbean Spice Rub

Caribbean spice rub that can also be used as jerk seasoning.
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon granulated onion
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients and store up to 3 months in an airtight container.
