Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups Greek yogurt
  • ½ English cucumber, grated
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in a small mixing bow and stir until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Will keep covered for 1 to 2 days.
