Steak Seasoning

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt or coarse sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon granulated onion
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, crushed
  • 2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container for up to 3 months (6 months if your spices are brand new).
