Caribbean Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 cups diced ripe mango
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 habanero chile, seeded and minced
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
  • Juice from ½ lime
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
Instructions
  1. Stir together ingredients to thoroughly combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving for flavors to meld. Best if eaten the same day.
