Jalapeño Sweet and Sour

Serves: 8 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 roughly chopped jalapeños
  • 3 cups lemon juice
  • 1 cup lime juice
Instructions
  1. Combine sugar water , and jalapenos in a saucepan, bring to a boil for 1 minute stirring to dissolve the sugar. Let cool to room temperature. Once cooled, add the lemon and lime juices.
  2. Will keep refrigerated for a couple weeks.
